I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works by creating a warm and evocative environment for her clients. I am well trained in working with wide range of clients across age groups. I specialise in working with adolescents and young adults for variety of psychological issues including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, psychosomatic cocerns, substance use and abuse, and sexual disorders. I believe in a collaborative approach keeping a non judgmental stance, providing a safe, explorative and empathetic space to my clients to find a resolution to their issues. To aid to my work I uses variety of psychotherapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural interventions, Relaxation training etc.
