I’m K Kannaki, a counselling psychologist who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Montfort College and have over 500 hours of direct client work. I mainly work with young adults, supporting them through challenges like anxiety, relationships, self-worth, and life transitions. My approach is flexible and based on what works best for you, while staying gentle, collaborative, and non-directive. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgemental, and supportive space where one can explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges at their own pace.
